By installing, accessing, or using the File Shredder browser extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and US Support LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your use of File Shredder.

• Maintaining backups of important files before shredding

4. Restrictions

We specifically disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components

File Shredder is a privacy tool and should not be considered professional security advice. For sensitive applications, consult with security professionals.

6.2 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for any third-party services, including Chrome/Chromium browsers, that may affect the operation of File Shredder.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, US SUPPORT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service, which is $0 (zero dollars) as File Shredder is provided free of charge.

7.1 Essential Purpose

You acknowledge that the limitations of liability are an essential element of the agreement between us and that we would not provide the Service without such limitations.

7.2 Data Loss

We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Uninstalling the extension
• Browser crashes or updates
• Device failures or storage issues
• Your failure to maintain backups

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless US Support LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Shredded files remain in your browser storage but become inaccessible
• Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

10. General Provisions

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of File Shredder shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10.4 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

10.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and US Support LLC regarding File Shredder and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

10.6 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
